Urban Missions & International Teams
Volunteer teams may assist MCCA in two ways, Team & Individual Urban Missions or International Missions:
Urban Missions
Missionaries serving in the Milwaukee area live in log cabins 20 miles outside of the city and commute Monday thru Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are spent bring inner-city kids to stay the weekend in cabins at the residential campus.
Days are spent at various Urban Missions sites throughout the week ministering to homeless, presenting individuals testimonies, hosting small group bible studies, coordinating sports camps, visiting inner-city churches and a host of other activities.
Weekends are designed to bring inner-city youth to our residential Urban Missions campsite and to give them the chance to experience the great outdoors. Campers stay on site and live in cabins with mission teams over the weekend.
Urban Missions involves giving teams of 15-25 or individuals interested in serving seven to fourteen days at MCCA inner-city CCFK campsites.

International Teams
Includes help, as needed with overseas Christian Camps For Kids projects such as construction and evangelism. Current teams are working in Romania.
For international trips teams of 8-12 members are ideal. Both males and females may participate. Members must be at least 14-years-old. (Please note that volunteer teams are responsible for all costs associated with their service, although will help with logistical arrangements.)

Urban Missions is a non-denominational short-term missions program coordinated by the Minority Christian Coaches Association (MCCA). Our objective is to mobilize and equip the Church for missions by bringing mission opportunities to Church's. The inner cities of America have suffered greatly because they have been forgotten. It takes a special team of missionaries to step up to help evangelize these cities for Jesus Christ. We believe the short-term missionaries are called to do this.
